SHRIMP CEVICHE SINALOA STYLE WITH BAKED SESAME SEEDS BUENA VISTA TOSTADAS
INGREDIENTS
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 Pack of Sesame Seed Baked Buena Vista Tostadas
2 lb. of medium size clean and raw shrimps (if you prefer, you can use cooked shrimps too)
1 lb. of lime
1 red onion
3 jalapeño chiles, deveined and seedless
Worcestershire Sauce
4 cucumber, peeled and seedless
5 tomatoes
2 avocadoes
1 bunch of cilantro
Tomato and clam juice
Sea salt
Ground pepper
HOW TO COOK
Squeeze the limes to get all the juice and set aside. Wash the shrimp and cut into three pieces each, add the lime juice, sea salt, and a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, mix and put it into the fridge, so the shrimp get cooked by the lime juice, or if you are using cooked shrimp, it can absorb the mix flavors.
Finely chop the chiles and the red onion and add to the shrimps, mix and put it back to the fridge until the shrimp turns pink (if using raw).
Dice the cucumber and tomatoes, finely chop the cilantro.
Finally, mix all the ingredients into a big bowl and add some tomato and clam juice.
¡Provecho!
HOW TO SERVE
Put two Baked Sesame Seeds Buena Vista Tostadas on each plate and serve a good portion of the Ceviche, top with some avocado slices.
