DRY GREEN CHILAQUILES

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 SERVES

    -      1 pack of Buena Vista Chips

    -      12 tomatillos

    -      ½ of a white onion

    -      4 garlic cloves

    -      4 jalapeños

    -      1 bunch of coriander

    -      1 red onion

    -      Sour cream

    -      Fresco cheese

    -      6 eggs

    -      Salt and pepper

HOW TO COOK

Sauté the garlic, white onion, and the jalapeños while boiling the tomatillos.

Blend all with a little bit of water, salt, and pepper, then sauté the sauce.

Fry the eggs separately, one by one.

HOW TO SERVE

Serve a bunch of Buena Vista Chips on each plate, pour some sauce, put an egg on top, sprinkle with fresco cheese, and top with slices of red onion and coriander leaves.
