SINCRONIZADAS WITH PICO DE GALLO

 

INGREDIENTS

6 Serves

1 Pack of Tortillas Buena Vista

-      1 pound of gouda cheese or a mix of shredded cheeses

-      6 tomatoes

-      ½ red onion

-      ½ white onion

-      1 bunch of coriander

-      1 lime

-      Olive oil

-      Salt and pepper

HOW TO COOK

Finely dice the tomatoes and the onions, chop the coriander and mix all into a bowl, add some salt and pepper, four spoons of olive oil, squeeze the lime, and mix.

Hit up a comal or grill, and place some tortillas; with your hand, toss a little bit of water and let them hit, then flip one by one and add some cheese on one tortilla, and cover it with another, wait until the cheese has melted, then flip all the sincronizadas and turn down the fire.

Cut them into triangles.

HOW TO SERVE.

Set the table with a big plate filled with sincronizadas and a bowl with pico de gallo.
