ROASTED ZUCCHINI AND CORN TOSTADAS

 

INGREDIENTS

Para 6 personas

-      1 pack of Buena Vista baked tostadas 

-      4 big zucchinis

-      4 corns

-      1 bunch of coriander

-      ½ pound of fresco cheese crumbled

-      Olive oil

-      Salt and pepper

HOW TO COOK

Dice the zucchinis and thresh the corn, roast them in a pan with the lid on, removing them constantly, add some salt and pepper. Put it into a bowl, add some olive oil, coriander leaves, and mix.

HOW TO SERVE.

Place the Tostadas Buena Vista at the center of the table, the bowl with the mix, and the fresco cheese so that everyone can build their tostadas.
